More than holiday apartments...
For more than 30 years Citrac has been providing confort to holiday goers in San Juan beach,
Alicante. Everything started in the early 70s. At the time there was little more than a beach,
albeit one of Spain's most beautiful: 7km of fine white sand. Since then, San Juan beach has
grown into a very nice residential area of Alicante and a part of Spain's popular culture: it has
been featured in such diverse settings as songs and lottery tickets. This is because for more
than 30 years, people have come to appreciate its quality of life and convivial atmosphere.
Citrac apartments are located at the very heart of San Juan beach, 100-150m from the seashore, next to the shopping center, market (worth a look), tram, movie theater, bars and restaurants, at 10mn walking distance from fitness center and golf, and 20mn driving from city center. The condominium provides a large garden, a swimming pool, closed car park, a tennis court, internet access and satellite TV. Price is all inclusive: taxes, water, electricity, equipped kitchen, house linen (changed once a week), air conditionned(*), central heating.
